Breakfast: oatmeal with brown sugar and raisins with a soy sausage 

Lunch: salad and wheat bread with peanut butter

Dinner: anything spinach and salmon or a something along the lines of a garden burger

Snack: this is usually where i get pretty unhealthy but i’ll shoot for almonds or an odwalla
